1. my order wasn't shipped after the payment

2.why is my order partially shipped?
we have different warehouses and we will not ship from one warehouse only or items are overweight and we need to ship in different packages.
3. how do i cancel my order?
if the order status is “pending”, you can contact us to help you to change it.
if the order has been paid but is not shipped out, you can contact us to cancel.
if the order has been sent out, you may send back the unopened products.
4.is shipping included?
if products are marked as "free shipping", then you will do not need to pay.
for products without "free shipping",you can check the cost on every product page.
5. what is rma?
rma is short for return merchandise authorization. customers who want to return items are required to apply for a rma.
6.how do I return an item?
